West Coast Double IPA | 8.9% ABV
Mosaic and Nelson hops return to assault our senses with a huge punch of passionfruit, berries, white wine grapes and pine. Sharp on the palate with a kiss of sweetness in the finish while a deft touch during fermentation leaves this beer crisp, smooth and extremely refreshing for it’s strength.
Rye IPA | 6.7% ABV
Beautiful orange highlights and color reinforce a wonder orange and citrus hop profile. As a counter-point to the citrus aromas and flavor the beer also features a dank, earthiness that reminds us that hops oils can be reminiscent of their kush-y cousins. Origin Malting Prairie Pale provides a soft, semi-sweet malt backbone and allows the Rye Malt to bring the body and mouthfeel. Refreshing and beautifully complex, this approachable IPA packs just enough bitterness to keep things lively while letting the aroma carry the show.
American Wheat Lager | 4.7% ABV
Refreshingly crispy, Cloud Chaser balances bready wheat notes with hints of orange, strawberry and and passionfruit. Cloud Chaser is also fermented with lager yeast which allows the clean yeast character to permit Origin Malting Chinook Pale Malt to express it’s full bisquity characteristics. Dry-hopping with Strata hops finish off the beer and give it it’s signature berry and citrus aroma. A great companion to sunny day adventures!
Belgian Trappist Single | 4.9% ABV
Comb the Desert is an extremely easy to drink Belgian ale that is popping with Belgian yeast character. We’ve married this beer with both Bitter and Sweet Orange Peels as well as Grains of Paradise to add zest, spicy notes of citrus, peppercorns, and ginger. Super easy to drink and super refreshing!
American Brown Ale | 6.0% ABV
Beautifully dark brown in color with brilliant clarity and ruby red highlights, Dark Horse Brown Ale is as pleasing on the eyes as it is on the palate. Notes of dark chocolate, caramel and toasted grains are balanced by a well-considered amount of Willamette and Bravo hops.
To further mix things up we took a small portion of the beer and finished it with Colombian Supremo coffee beans from our neighbors at Taliza Coffee Roasters ( @taliza_coffee ) in Santa Fe Springs . Cold Steeping the coffee brought out the wonderful chocolate and nutty notes of the beans without much of the acidity, thus keeping the beer in balance and bursting with aromatics.
Amber Ale | 5.8% ABV
Copper-colored with notes of caramel and toasted malt this American Amber Ale balances malt complexity with a dry finish and delicate citrus hop character. Not too malty, not too hoppy and just the right amount of sweetness makes this Amber a year-round favorite.
Hibiscus Lager | 5.0% ABV
Named after the iconic intersection next to Norwalk Square this striking lager aims to be a landmark unto itself. Brilliantly clear and brewed with hibiscus flowers to impart a tart, fruity crispness that layers on top of an ultimately refreshing finish. This beer will have you staring back at the glass as the complexity builds after every sip.
India Pale Ale | 7.2% ABV
A crate of tropical fruit awaits you with every sip of this citrusy Summer IPA. Notes of mango, tangerine, and pineapple combine with a dry finish to produce a quaffable pint that is both refreshing and inviting. Origin Malting Prairie Pale Estate Malt gives this beer just enough backbone to balance out the palate and gives the illusion of orange marmalade on a country loaf as the beer warms up in temperature. So, avast ye scallywags and walk the gangplank – this ship be setting sail!
American Dark Lager | 5.3% ABV
Notes of toasted grain off-set malt sweetness and give balance to this modern take on the classic dark lager. Hints of earthy hop flavor come and go in the finish and leave you wanting another taste.
American IPA | 7.1% ABV
An American IPA with a Southern Hemisphere hop flair. Half Nelson features a refreshing, crisp bitterness with counterpoints of white wine grapes and passionfruit derived from Nelson Sauvin hops and berry-fruitiness and pine from Mosaic hops. The duo tag teams notes of earthiness to complete the stranglehold on your palate set on a stage of Origin Malting Co’s Prairie Pale malt. Cold IPA | 6.5% ABV
Brewed and cold fermented like a lager but hopped like an IPA, this hybrid delivers the smooth bitterness and crispness of lager with a powerful punch of hop aroma and flavor powered by Comet, El Dorado and Idaho 7 hops. Cold IPA? India Pale Lager? Call it what you want, but we call it delicious.
Hazy IPA | 6.5% ABV
Dry-hopped with copious amounts of New Zealand Rakau hops and supported by good ol’ stateside hops such as Amarillo and Summit, Hoppy Days celebrates aromas and flavors of apricot, peaches, pears and citrus.
Spicy Mango Wheat | 5.0% ABV
Named after Norwalk’s iconic transit buses this spicy take on a mango wheat beer is going places. Crisp and refreshing with flashes of fresh mango on the nose it finishes dry with a kiss of heat. Dry-hopped with a light dose of Sabro, El Dorado, Citra and Liberty the hops compliment the fruit presentation and make this beer one-of-a-kind, much like the Hustle Bus. Hop on board!
Imperial Stout | 9.5% ABV
Jet black and velvety in texture, Hyde deceives the palate and masks the beast within with its bitter dark chocolate notes and full-bodied finish. Hints of dried dark stonefruit make their way up as the beer warms and drive the complexity of the beer.
American Stout | 6.3% ABV
Dry-Hopped Amber Ale |5.4 % ABV
Brewed to have a malty, caramel backbone and toasted finish. Made for Walking was then dry-hopped with a special blend of hops from Yakima Chiefs that consisted of Loral®, Ekuanot®, and HBC 586 hops. This wonderful hop blend gave our amber ale its signature herbal and stone-fruit character.
American Lager | 4.7% ABV

Sour Blonde with Peaches | 5.3% ABV
A celebration of Summer’s bounty this medium-light bodied ale with tart notes is produced with a special souring yeast strain that reinforces the perception of fresh peach juice along with herbal and citrus hop notes. Each sip is crisp and refreshing and drinks equally well in the dog days of summer as it does during June Gloom.
West Coast IPA | 6.7% ABV
Bursting from the grave comes Revival IPA, our modern take on the classic IPAs that started the craft beer revolution. Old school hops such as Centennial, Cluster and Comet combine with new school Talus to create a flavor and aroma profile that will throw you back to the 2000s. Munich-Style Dunkel | 5.7% ABV
A rich, more malt-accented brown lager featuring hints of cacao nuttiness and toasted bread crust. Complimenting the rich, toastiness of Origin Malting’s Munich and Amber malt is a medium bodied finish that is paired with a slightly herbal/spicy hop character that invites you back for another sip. A perfect companion for the Fall!
Raspberry Wheat Sour | 6.7% ABV
Snozzberry is brewed with Origin Malting’s Prairie Pale Malt, copious amounts of wheat malt, and fermented with a special souring yeast strain to create a full-bodied base beer. To up the ante we added over 200lbs of freshly pureed Raspberries and refermented it to produce a tart fruit ale that exudes the flavor and aroma of fresh berries and presents with striking color. The snozzberries really do taste like snozzberries!
Double Dry-Hopped IPA | 6.3% ABV
A portrait of tropical fruits and citrus Still Life is a double dry-hopped IPA with Citra and Mosaic hops bursting with aromas and flavors of berries, citrus and stone fruit. Married with whispers of malt sweetness and a dry finish it invites you for another refreshing sip time after time.
Hoppy Pale Ale | 5.3% ABV
This Pale Ale is a hophead’s dream. Skirting the territory between a standard Pale Ale and ultra-hoppy India Pale Ale it hits above it’s weight-class and delivers a blast of grapefruit, melon and citrus powered by Amarillo, Centennial and Citra hops. A dry-finish that doesn’t lack body rounds out the palate and sets the stage for another taste. If you’re searching for a storm of hop aroma and flavor in small package, seek no further.
Belgian Dubbel Ale | 8.2% ABV
A strong ale with heaps of complexity derived from Belgian yeast it features fruity notes of banana and dark cherry paired with a restrained clove-like spiciness. With drinkability as a focus don’t be fooled by the name: this beer may have you soon doing your own stunts.
Munich-Style Helles | 5.0% ABV
A crisp, gold-colored lager with grainy-sweet malt flavor that transitions into a soft, dry finish. Origin Malting’s Classic Pils malt is put on full display in this Oktoberfest beer and provides a complexity of malt character that interplays nicely with a spicy, floral hop character provided by Sterling hops.
