Waves of Grain

Beer takes lots of grains to make and this pile represents the freshest IPA that just went into the fermenter. We’re all about locally sourced ingredients and working with our community and to that end we’d like to partner with someone in the area who can take advantage of the 500-800lbs of spent grains we generate for each batch of beer.
So, if you’re a farmer, composter, urban garden, etc, or know of someone who can regularly collect our free spent grains please email us at hello@lajarabrewing.com . We’d love to have it put to good use and not go to waste . 👎
